Runners raise over £50k at London Marathon 2026

May 1, 2026 | News

Molly Ollys London Marathon runners have so far raised over £50,000 (with gift aid) following their incredible efforts on 26th April.

This is more than we ever imagined and will provide at least 100 wishes for children around the UK who are currently suffering with life-threatening illnesses.

A special shout-out to Grace, who we supported after she was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma just four years ago. Now in recovery, Grace decided to come full circle and give something back to Molly Ollys. It was a privilege to be there to see her share some wonderful moments with her parents who have been by her side through several intense rounds of chemotherapy and an emotional journey to where Grace is today.

Our amazing team of runners achieved something very special, which will be remembered for a very, very long time. Every single one of them wore the Molly Ollys pink with pride. The positive impact that their drive, determination, willpower and ultimately fundraising will have on numerous families during unimaginably difficult times just cannot be underestimated.

Our ‘Class of 2026’ are all superstars, so take a bow…

Every donation, whatever size, helps a seriously unwell child

HELP MAKE WISHES COME TRUE

Current data suggests that 12 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer every day, and that 1,900 children under the age of 14 in the UK are diagnosed each year.

More children are diagnosed with a range of other, often rare, conditions and illnesses that are also life-threatening.

Molly Ollys is committed to helping as many of these children and their families as possible, and works hard to raise the necessary funds to be able to help those who contact us.

You can help us do this by making a donation, joining in with our fundraising events, running your own events, using Give as You Live when you are shopping, and by leaving a legacy in your will. Please visit our How you can help page to find out more.
