A Wish for Zara

The Charity received a request for a wish for Zara.

Zara had been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic leukaemia earlier in the year and her wish was to help her have a goal to get her through treatment. She wanted to learn how to show jump once she had got back onto her feet and was desperately keen to get in the saddle.

Molly Ollys were able to help her get started with her goal by granting her wish for riding gear which meant she was kitted out with jodhpurs, riding boots, back protector and a warm riding jacket.

HELP MAKE WISHES COME TRUE

Current data suggests that 12 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer every day, and that 1,900 children under the age of 14 in the UK are diagnosed each year.

More children are diagnosed with a range of other, often rare, conditions and illnesses that are also life-threatening.

Molly Ollys is committed to helping as many of these children and their families as possible, and works hard to raise the necessary funds to be able to help those who contact us.
