Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in it’s original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and anything returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. If you paid by cheque, a cheque will be posted to the address given.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund has been approved but you haven’t received it, please double-check with your payment provider as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

A replacement will be sent to you within 14 days of receipt of the item, provided that it is in stock. An email will be sent to you to confirm replacement arrangements. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may wish to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
